Find the Right Realtor
Choosing a Realtor is a big decision. Let me help you make it a better one.

Why this matters
When my husband and I sold our home in Dallas, I interviewed eight Realtors before choosing the one that was right for us.
I've been around Realtors of every style and personality since the 1980s, so I know what separates a great one from a forgettable one.
Most sellers don't have the time, or the energy, to interview eight Realtors. After talking with two or three, they may simply choose the one they feel will work.
What if you had someone to help you do the interviewing?
That's where I come in.
How It Works
We Meet at Your Home
I'll sit down with you and walk through your home. We'll talk about what matters to you, your concerns, your expectations, your communication preferences, and what you want from the person representing you.
We Identify What You're Looking For
Every seller is different. Some want constant communication. Others want someone who will take the reins. Some care deeply about marketing. Others want someone who knows the neighborhood inside and out. We'll identify what matters most to you.
I Interview Realtors
I'll talk with Realtors about their experience, personality, communication style, marketing approach, team, and how they guide their sellers through the process.
Meet the Realtor at Your Home
I'll bring the Realtor to your home and point out the things you've told me are important to you. Then I'll let the Realtor explain how they would approach your property and work with you.
You Decide
I'm not choosing your Realtor for you. I'm helping you get beyond the first impression and make a more informed decision about who you want to trust with the sale of your home.
My Role
I'm not your Realtor.
I'm your Realtor selection consultant.
I'm there to ask the questions, listen to your concerns, do the legwork, and help you compare your options.
You make the final decision.
$100 per hour
You pay me directly for my consulting time. There are no referral fees or commissions from Realtors.
Don't settle for the first Realtor you meet. Interview them. Ask questions. Find the person who is the right fit for you, your home, and your expectations.
